Diamond Rose Sanctuary

An intimate retreat space to awaken and activate your higher self. Together we breathe, and together we heal.

Come journey on sacred land in a collective space of healing.

The Diamond Rose Sanctuary is a 100 year old house and garden situated on the Connecticut coastline on a nature preserve, surrounded by untouched wetlands. It is here that the ancient rocks meet the ocean, and time begins to slow down and soften and the veil between worlds is lifted.

The retreats weave together modalities including breathwork, energy medicine, cacao ceremonies, sound healing, singing, prayer, drumming, cold plunges, sauna, hot tub soaks under the stars and a fire circle.

Come to renew your spirit, reconnect to Mother Earth, and heal in community with others.
