LAVVA was born out of a desire to create a great tasting planet based yogurt that was low in sugar and high in probiotics. Turns out we did just that. :)
I co-founded LAVVA with two incredible women, Liz Fisher and Rebecca Cross. Each of us had a unique reason why we didn’t eat dairy. Rebecca was a vegan and huge animal lover. Liz survived cancer and removed dairy from her diet since it causes inflammation. And I had chronic IBS and discovered that my gut felt a lot better when I removed dairy.
